Payments:
When a purchase order is issued, it must explicitly state the purchase order number, course dates, total invoice amount, and contact details for invoicing. In instances where more than one course is booked on the same form, full payment for all courses is required immediately upon confirmation, prior to the commencement of the first course.
Full payment for Knowledge Que Pass contracts is mandatory upon confirmation, and Knowledge Que retains the right to deny entry to training until the course fee is paid in full. It’s important to note that examination results and certificates will only be issued when the full course fee has been settled.
Cancellation administration fees are due immediately upon invoice receipt. The terms outlined in this agreement take precedence over any other terms of business or purchase conditions presented by the customer.
By processing a partial or full payment via Debit Card, Credit Card, American Express, Bank Transfer, or PayPal Transfer over the phone or on the website, participants are deemed to adhere to Knowledge Que’s terms and conditions, irrespective of whether a booking form has been signed.
Cancellation:
Unless a written cancellation is received at least 10 working days before the course start date, the full fees become payable and are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 0-10 working days prior to the course start date are subject to a 100% cancellation course fee, payable upon cancellation.
Even if a course booking is made less than 10 working days before the start date, the aforementioned cancellation terms still apply, and fees are non-refundable.
Re-Scheduling the Training:
No re-scheduling charges apply if the request is made more than 10 working days in advance of the training.
Refunds:
Issued refunds may take up to 20 working days to process, using the same payment method as the original payment. Deposits, credit card surcharges, and banking fees are non-refundable. Knowledge Que is not liable for fluctuations in exchange rates or bank charges for overseas refund transactions.
Knowledge Que Passes are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the order date, non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. Course Examination Vouchers are also non-refundable.
Changes to Courses:
Knowledge Que reserves the right to modify any part of a published course due to circumstances beyond its control. Participants will be promptly informed of any changes, and every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling or provide suitable alternatives for completing the training program.
Course timetables are for general guidance only, and typographical errors or omissions may be corrected without liability on Knowledge Que’s part.
Location and course date details will be provided upon booking, and Knowledge Que reserves the right to change the location, notifying customers promptly. Knowledge Que will not be liable for out-of-pocket expenses due to cancellations or venue changes.
For residential training courses, Knowledge Que will endeavor to secure accommodation at the same location as the training course. However, alternative accommodations within walking distance may be arranged when necessary.
Course Materials:
In the event of delays, including transit issues beyond Knowledge Que’s control, courseware not arriving on time will be replaced promptly, and temporary materials will be provided to continue the learning program. Refunds will not be granted for transit-related delays beyond Knowledge Que’s control.
Non-Attendance:
Non-attendance of any course, for any reason, is treated as a cancellation with no notice, and full payment is due. Part attendance, where a delegate does not complete the full course, does not entitle the delegate to a refund for unattended portions.
Course Suitability:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the booked course is suitable for participants’ requirements and abilities. Recommendations made by Knowledge Que employees are in good faith, and final decisions on course suitability rest with the participants. All courses are delivered in English unless otherwise specified, and participants must be proficient in English before attending.
Knowledge Que reserves the right to refuse admission to any person deemed unsuitable for the training program.
Registration on Behalf of Participants:
Customers are obligated to bring these terms and conditions to the attention of participants. The booker is responsible for ensuring that delegates receive all relevant information, including joining instructions and course updates, and meet eligibility and prerequisite requirements.
Onsite Training on Client Specified Premises:
Customers must provide all necessary facilities, equipment, and setup for trainers to deliver onsite training. Knowledge Que reserves the right to cancel or discontinue a course if the venue, equipment, or conditions are deemed unsuitable by the trainer.
Trainer Expenses:
Trainer expenses for onsite training will be charged as agreed upon at the time of the training booking, as stated in the training booking agreement.
